The DBH Innovational and Industrial Center Felsőzsolca lies in the heart of the region Northern Hungary, near the city of Miskolc, and is located in the Felsőzsolca Industrial and Logistics Park. In the market of serviced office buildings and industrial facilities, the Innovational and Industrial Center Felsőzsolca is the fourth investment of the DBH Group in Hungary. The 3200 square meters serviced industrial facility was completed as part of the New Hungary Development Plan’s Northern-Hungary Operative Program (ÉMOP-2007/1.1.1.) (support of the development of industrial areas and parks, and business incubators) in March, 2010. The group provides a production and logistics base in the innovational and industrial park, as well as office space and supplementary innovational business background support for its partners.
