The two-storey wooden hotel was built in the 1930-s in Tirol-style and is located in the Zempléni-mountain in Telkibánya, surrounded by a 6 ha forest. After the Second World War this hunting mansion of the Károlyi family was nationalized; it was rebuilt several times, first serving as vacation resort for workers, then as a hostel. 1998 was a milestone in the history of the building complex, this is the year the DBH Group became the owner. Now, after the renovations, the Hotel Ezüstfenyő is expecting visitors and guests with the atmosphere if the Károlyi hunters’ mansion.

The colleagues of the DBH Group chose the contractors and practiced technical supervision, and the production hall was finished in September 2004, that’s when Hungaerotech could move in.
