The DBH Investment Venture Capital Fund Co. was founded in September 2008, as the member of DBH Group.

The purpose of establishing DBH Investment is to expand its services offered to small- and medium sized enterprises with the assurance of venture capital, this way the Fund provides venture capital handling and consultancy. In October 2009, DBH Investment Venture Capital Fund Co. took part successfully at the competition of New Hungary Venture Capital Program (JEREMIE program). The Venture Capital fund of DBH Investment, registered with 5 billion forints, intends to finance particularly start up and innovative small- and medium sized enterprises, and help them to a growth-path.


Nanoform Hungary LTD

is a spin-off company of NanGenex LTD. Both companies are members of the Comminex Group, this leading group of the Hungarian biotechnology industry, which has been operating for over 25 years successfully. In 1985 the group started its first medicine research software developing company, CompuDrug. In the beginning of the 1990-s, Comgenex LTD. was formed, and it developed a technology that supports medicine research, which has been used by the leading pharmaceutical companies of the world to speed up their research. Proinvest Hungary LTD.

is an enterprise founded mainly for the development, production and distribution of dental-use zirconia production centers. The firm is introducing a production equipment called Zirconia Drive in the Hungarian and international markets, designed for CNC technology integrated, computer-controlled dental labs, which is able to create individually designed, high-quality dental prosthesis very efficiently. The equipment works the following way: the sample collected from the patient is scanned by a very precise laser scanner, building a 3D computer model of the patient’s teeth using an iteration algorithm. The virtual 3D model gets into the CAD system, in which a special software plans the dental work (teeth), optimizing for the person by taking individual factors into account. Then the shape, structure, size and capacity of the dental prosthesis is determined and calculated using a computer. The system immediately sends the calculated data to the Zirkon Drive, which then prepares the planned prosthesis very quickly and precisely. The finished product fits perfectly; such quality and accuracy cannot be fashioned by traditional methods.


C-Tech Systems

makes four kinds of products, they produce and sell standard devices and individually planned systems. Their four brands are the following: C-Tech Welding (welding systems and process equipment, resistance and laser welding), C-Tech Soldering (soldering equipment, induction and laser soldering), C-Tech Bonding (ACF laminating and tacking, heat-seal bonding systems), C-Tech Assembly (assembly).
